1. Booking

1.1 By making a reservation on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1.2 To book a stay, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your personal details, desired stay dates, number of guests, etc.

1.3 A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from us, including payment details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at +33 6 87 48 04 46 or by email at fermedepontaly@hotmail.com.

2. Check-in Policy

The cottage is available from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

A few days before your arrival, you will receive instructions along with photos of the farm and the cottage, allowing you to access the property independently if we are absent or if you arrive late.

3. Check-out Policy

The cottage must be vacated by 10:30 AM at the latest. If you wish to leave later, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Rates and Payment

Payment for your stay is made according to the terms indicated at the time of booking, including the total amount, any service fees, and applicable cancellation conditions. Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the type of booking and selected rates.

4.1.1 STANDARD RATE

All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card on the start date of the stay.

A 30% deposit of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.
The remaining 70% balance will be charged 5 days before arrival.
A €400 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of arrival.

Modifications:
For any changes regarding the number of guests or dates of stay, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.

Cancellation:
No cancellation fees apply until 6:00 PM (local time), up to 21 days before arrival. After this deadline, the full booking amount will be charged. Any cancellation made before this date will result in a refund of the amount paid at the time of booking.

4.1.2 NON-REFUNDABLE RATE

All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card on the start date of the stay. 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. A €400 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of arrival.

Modifications:
No changes are allowed for this rate.

Cancellation:
Any cancellation will result in 100% cancellation fees, with no possibility of refund. Cancellation fees correspond to the total amount of the booking.

4.2 Additional Charges

Additional charges such as local taxes, service fees, or security deposits may apply. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1 Guests must comply with the property’s rules and policies during their stay:

Guests must use the property, furniture, and equipment responsibly and for their intended purpose. They are liable for any damage or loss occurring during their stay in areas under their exclusive use.
Guests agree not to exceed the maximum occupancy of the accommodation.
The cottage is non-smoking. In case of violation, 15% of the security deposit will be retained.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests must avoid any noise that may disturb neighbors, particularly from radios, televisions, or other devices. Parties are strictly prohibited.
Guests may not refuse access to the property if requested by the owner or their representative.
Parking is available at the entrance of the farm. Parking in front of the accommodation is for short-term use only.
Vehicles must be driven at walking speed within the farm courtyard for safety reasons, as animals or children may be present.
Guests are free to walk around the Ferme de Pontaly.

However, it is strictly forbidden to:

Feed the animals without prior permission from the owner
Climb on agricultural machinery
Enter farm buildings or storage areas
Use any equipment or tools without permission
Please note that Ferme de Pontaly is an active farm where potential hazards may exist.
Visitors are required to exercise extreme caution due to the circulation of agricultural machinery and trucks.
Children remain under the responsibility of their parents.
Children under 12 must not move around the farm without adult supervision.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

5.2 Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest.

5.3 Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. The establishment declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage.

6. Liability of the Establishment

6.1 We are committed to providing quality service and ensuring you have a pleasant stay. However, we cannot be held responsible for disruptions or incidents beyond our control.

6.2 In the event of any issue or complaint during your stay, please inform us immediately so that we can take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
